About the Technology & Innovation Service Line
Our Technology and Innovation team drives transformative solutions, fosters a culture of continuous learning, and champions agile development practices. Together, we drive collective success and deliver impactful, tech-enabled solutions that make a real difference for our clients.
As a D365 F&O Support Engineer some of your responsibilities will include:
- As a technical member, understanding business processes and contributing to solutions for corporate users in becoming more efficient and effective in using Dynamics Finance & Operations
- Understanding the architecture of D365 Finance & Operations
- Acting as liaison between end users and D365 Finance & Operations team members to design and configure business solutions to ensure business requirements have been met
- Accomplishing complete configurations and innovative system designs for the D365 Finance & Operations related applications
- Develop & Maintain Forms, Reports including Power BI and SSRS, Alerts, Workflow and other technical areas for D365 Finance & Operations
- Provides technical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new technologies to assist business users
- Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Finance and Operations issues.
- Create and configure security roles for users
- Good Technical and Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Programming skill in Dynamics Finance & Operations (X++, Visual Studio), SSRS reports
- Create and modify existing entities for data management and custom entities for D365 Finance & Operations
- Cubes development (Aggregate measurement and dimensions) preferred
Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience as a D365 F&O support engineer
- Familiar with Project management, Expense Management, Payroll Management (UAE), Human Resource modules
- UAE experience is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaborations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
- Positive thinking with a continuous learning mindset
- Strong written and spoken English, Arabic speaking is advantageous
