About the Business Development & Analytics Team
Sat under the umbrella of Markets, we are the data guardians responsible for data integrity, creating dynamic reports with a passion for storytelling through valuable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
As a Data Analyst, you will be the owner of CRM data ensuring all data points are accurate. In parallel, you will look at opportunities to create efficiencies in data management and be pro-active in automating reports and providing solutions. Some of your core activities will include:
- Verifying the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Organizing and managing data files to ensure easy retrieval and access.
- Collaborating with team members on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure data consistency across departments, resolving errors and maintaining a credible database of accounts and account hierarchies
- Generating reports from data systems as management requests.
- Performing routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Working with IT and other CRM users on resolving issues in CRM, ticket follow ups and support with CRM testing on enhancements
- Play a pivotal role in data reconciliation, monitoring data and removing inaccuracies
- Assisting in client voice data management
- Training users on best practices and data integrity
- Working on ad hoc and recurring projects to support the team and wider firm, demonstrating agility and adaptiveness to change
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Management, Information Systems or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data management, CRM administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferable Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups etc.) is a must.
