As a Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting senior colleagues in preparing audit strategy, managing a portfolio, organising & reviewing work, as well as overseeing a team of Senior Associates & Associates and being a key client contact. As a Manager some of your responsibilities will include:



- Leading on audit reviews, agreeing audit timetables, briefing the audit team and monitoring budgets

- Ensuring that all work allocated is done profitably and timely in accordance with the firm's professional standards and to the satisfaction of clients and engagement partners.

- Managing, motivating, and coaching team members and providing feedback through regular communication

- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients in different industries and markets

- Assisting the Audit Partner in establishing audit objectives and overall scope

- Planning and coordinating all aspects of audit planning, including resourcing requirements

- Checking that audit work papers are properly reviewed and that audit files are completed in a timely manner

- Finalising draft reports for management

- 6+ years of External Audit experience in a top international firm

- Professionally qualified (ACA, CPA, ACCA)

- Extensive post-qualification audit experience

- Confident in IFRS, internal controls, and consolidation of financial statements

- Experience working on complex group audits and delegating workloads accordingly

- Able to manage a large portfolio and work on multiple audit engagements at a time

- Comfortable using audit software and Microsoft packages

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong communication, leadership, analytical skills and networking skills required

- Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed

- Must have an experience in Asset Management (Funds, wealth and asset management, Private Equity, Venture capital) 
- Digital Asset or Crypto experience will be a bonus
