About the Clients & Markets team
Clients & Markets team at Grant Thornton UAE focuses on driving business growth and enhancing market presence by developing and implementing strategic marketing and client engagement initiatives. The team supports the firm's objectives by fostering strong client relationships, optimizing market opportunities, and promoting Grant Thornton’s brand within the UAE market.
As a Senior Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with the firm’s vision and business objectives Leading and overseeing the execution of internal and external marketing campaigns
- Managing the development of regular marketing communications for internal stakeholders, provide visibility into marketing activities, and identify opportunities for cross-firm collaboration
- Collaborating with a PR firm, service line leads, and the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that enhance the firm’s profile and position subject matter experts as thought leaders in the market
- Driving the digitization and automation of marketing processes and campaigns, leveraging innovative tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and campaign impact
- Serving as the custodian of the firm’s brand, ensuring consistent representation across all platforms and materials in line with its values, vision, and identity
- Designing and executing a comprehensive annual program of client events, briefings, and seminars (in-person and virtual), ensuring impactful and high-quality experiences
- Monitoring and analysing market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance, presenting detailed reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality marketing outputs and successful client interactions
- Ensuring marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including data protection and privacy standards
- Facilitating feedback-driven improvements in marketing initiatives, addressing challenges such as crisis communication, rebranding efforts, and process inefficiencies
- Working on ad hoc and recurring projects to support the marketing team and broader firm objectives, ensuring innovation and adaptability in a competitive market landscape
Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing in the consulting or financial services industry, with a track record of successful campaign execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand strategy
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
- Strong English communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills, Arabic speaking is advantageous
- Excellent team player with leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms)
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and creativity
